Cancellation Policy

‼️ Cancellation Policy ‼️ At Revive Collective, all services are scheduled by appointment. To respect the time of both our guests and team, we require more than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may also result in a cancellation fee, as we may not be able to accommodate the full service. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the card on file. 🔁 Repeat Rescheduling Policy: If you cancel or move two appointments within a 6-month period, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to book future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
